Ready to staff serious AI work?

Tell us what you are building, your timeline, and the skills gap on your team. We respond with a pragmatic recommendation—even when the best answer is not us.

Most replies within one business day. Yerevan time (UTC+4), with EU and US overlap windows.

After you email

How the next two weeks usually look.

  1. 01

    Reply within one business day

We read every message ourselves. Expect a real response from a senior—not a templated form reply.

  2. 02

    Discovery call (30 minutes)

We map your roles, stack, timeline, and constraints. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

    Senior matches in days

Once aligned, we typically share specific senior profiles within 5–10 business days—for you to review and interview at your pace.

What to include

A brief that gets you a useful first reply.

You do not need a full RFP. A few lines on the right things saves a back-and-forth and gets us to specific names faster.

Roles
AI/ML, full-stack, frontend, backend, MLOps, data, or product design—be as specific as you can.
Stack
Languages, frameworks, cloud, and anything you specifically need (e.g. PyTorch, Next.js, GCP, Terraform).
Engagement
Embedded engineer, augment your in-house team, or scoped project delivery—whichever maps to your reality.
Timezone
Where your core team works; useful for matching realistic overlap windows.
Constraints
Regulated data, on-prem requirements, IP arrangements, audits, or anything that shapes who can take the work.
Timeline
When you need someone working—not just signed. We plan backwards from your start date.

Common questions

Logistics most teams ask before sending the first email.

  • How quickly can someone start?

Discovery within days, candidate matches within 1–2 weeks, and engagements typically begin 2–4 weeks from the first call. Senior profiles are pre-vetted, so timing depends mostly on your interview pace.

  • Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before sharing any candidate-specific or confidential roadmap details. We sign GDPR-aligned DPAs where personal data of candidates or end-users is involved.

  • Where are your engineers based?

Armenia HQ, with a global vetted network. We optimise for time-zone overlap with EU and US teams—not lowest-cost geography. Engineers are remote-first by default; on-site is possible for the right engagement.

  • Who owns the IP and the code?

Standard clean-IP terms: clients own the work product produced under the engagement. Specific IP, security, and compliance arrangements are detailed in the master services agreement or SOW.

Privacy first—your message is read by a senior, not a CRM. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service .
