These terms govern your use of ailabsarmenia.com. They are written for clarity and common international practice. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Commercial engagements require separate signed agreements (e.g. master services, statements of work, NDAs).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site. We may update the terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

2. What we do (website vs. contracts)

The site describes AI Labs Armenia and how we help client companies engage senior AI, ML, software, data, design, and product engineering talent—via embedded teams, staff augmentation, and project-based engineering. Information on the site is for general marketing and education. No staffing, placement, consulting, or delivery obligation arises from browsing this site alone. Binding commitments require mutually executed written agreements.

3. Engagements & commercial agreements

Commercial relationships with AI Labs Armenia are governed exclusively by separately signed agreements between the parties, which may include:

Master services agreements (MSAs) setting out the overall commercial framework, including any non-solicitation, non-circumvention, and confidentiality terms.
Statements of work (SOWs) describing scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines per engagement.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) protecting information shared during scoping, evaluation, and delivery.
Data processing agreements (DPAs) where personal data is processed on a client’s behalf or transferred across borders.
Engineer / contractor agreements with members of our talent network.

In case of conflict between these site terms and a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement governs the engagement it covers.

4. Eligibility

The site is intended for businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization if you contact us on its behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site unlawfully, to harass others, or to distribute malware.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or third parties.
Scrape or harvest data at scale without permission, or overload our infrastructure.
Misrepresent affiliation with AI Labs Armenia or impersonate another party.

6. Candidate & client submissions

If you submit a CV, profile, role specification, project brief, or other information through this site or related channels, you confirm that:

You have the right to share it and the information is accurate and not misleading.
Where the information concerns another person (e.g. a candidate you refer or a colleague whose contact details you provide), you have an appropriate basis to share it under applicable privacy laws (for example, their consent or a legitimate basis to do so).
You will not submit material that infringes third-party rights, breaches confidentiality obligations you owe to others, or contains malicious code.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, layout, graphics except third-party logos used under fair recognition / attribution context, and our brand assets) is owned by AI Labs Armenia or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party links & logos

The site may reference third-party brands for recognition. Trademarks belong to their owners. References do not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Labs Armenia and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars or the amount you paid us for services directly tied to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, whichever is greater—unless a separate signed contract states otherwise.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify AI Labs Armenia against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights—subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Yerevan, Armenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or the site—unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

13. Severability & entire agreement

If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the website (excluding separate commercial contracts).
