I've spent a decade leading engineering across companies known for it— NVIDIA, Digitain, and EPAM. The pattern is the same everywhere: AI projects don't fail at the model. They fail at the seam between an architect's plan and a senior engineer who can actually ship it in production.

I now lead AI Labs Armenia full-time and stay hands-on as a Solutions Architect and Full-Stack Engineer—working at the intersection of Python-driven AI, high-performance JavaScript, and scalable GCP infrastructure: agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, GKE, Vertex AI. The company exists so other teams get access to the same caliber of senior people I've built with and worked alongside.
